All design calculations, designs, drawings, specifi­cations, or other data, or documents produced hereunder by the Architect/Engineer, his engi­neers, or his consultants shall be delivered to the Owner upon request, and title thereto shall vest in the Owner regardless of the stage to which the development of the design may have progressed. Reproduc­ible copies of tracings of all original designs and drawings and copies of specifications and other technical data shall be furnished to the Owner without cost upon his request whether the work for which they are made be executed or not.
